WOMEN’S GOLF

Playing in the Saints Classic hosted by Holy Cross at Warren Golf Course, the Forester women’s golf team posted a two-round, two-day score of 655 (330-325) to finish fifth out of nine teams.

Kira Moore continued her hot hand by firing an eight-over-par 150 (77-73) to finish runner-up and earn a spot on the All-Tournament Team. Grace Dill turned in a top-ten performance by carding a 160 (85-75). Danielle Tinsley shot a 171 (87-84) for 25th place out of 50 golfers. Akira Seals-Perkins posted a 189 (96-93) good for 38th place.

Indiana Wesleyan took home the team with a score of 615 followed by Grace (630), Bethel (646), Taylor (651), HU (655), Morningside (659), Saint Ambrose (732), Culver-Stockton (785) and Saint Xavier (818).

The Foresters wrap up the fall portion of their season at the Harbor Shores Intercollegiate on October 16-17.
