If you are covered under the HU medical plan, there is no additional cost for these tests. If you are not covered under the HU medical plan, payment can be made at the event. ONLY Credit/debit are accepted. Cash or personal checks are no longer accepted. The package cost is $65. Additional lab add-ons are $10 each. You can choose these when you register. Refer to page 2 of the screening instructions for add-on lab details.

SIGN-UP DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 9, at 5:00 p.m. SO DON’T DELAY!

Fasting is required 9-14 hours prior to your blood draw. Refer to the “Blood Draw Helpful Tips” handout on the HU Portal under Personnel > Benefits > Wellness for successful draw results.

Once again this year, your results will be posted at mychart.parkview.com through Parkview Health Network within 24-48 hours following your appointment. You will need a user name and password to access these results. If you had your blood drawn last year, you already have a username and password. If you forgot your username or password, someone from Parkview will be there that morning to assist you (or you can request those from the site ahead of time).

We encourage you to meet with your primary care provider to review your results, which will satisfy your wellness requirement for the second half of HU’s Health Savings Account contribution.
