End of the Fiscal Year Reminders

As the end of the fiscal year approaches, please be aware of the following regarding purchases and payment of invoices:

1. Purchase orders for fiscal year 2020-2021 were due to Pam Rudy by May 15, 2021. (See #2 for rule on receipt of goods and services.)
2. The accounting rule to record expenditures in 2020-2021 is that the goods and services must be received prior to or on May 31, 2021. There is no exception to this rule.
3. Goods and services received after May 31, 2021, will be recorded in fiscal year 2021-2022.
