Poverty Simulation

You are invited to join HU social work students for a poverty simulation on Wednesday, October 9th, Habecker Dining Commons at HU. 6 – 9 pm. This is a great resource for your students to experience first-hand, the impact of poverty upon the families we serve!!! Karen Hinshaw from the Purdue Extension office will facility this valuable experience!!! The experience is based upon the Ruby Payne book, “Bridges out of Poverty.”
