Transition in the Digital Media Arts department

Campus Community,

The Digital Media Arts dept. was recently informed by Sandy Hartle that she is resigning from her position at HU as the DMA Assistant.

Sandy joined our DMA team 5 years ago as the program was just starting to explode. She has been instrumental in keeping the various aspects of our program on track with the different offices and vendors we work with, both on and off campus.

In addition, she has touched the lives of many of our students over the years with her caring personality. See from Sandy’s FB page how she has enjoyed working with our students.

She wrote:

“The friends that I’ve made will forever be in my heart. And to have been witness to so many amazing young people as they mature into these wonderful adults. Thank you all for teaching me so much especially about true faith. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again…you guys rock!!!”

As you can imagine Sandy will be greatly missed but we wish her and her family many blessings in the days ahead and years to come.

Please join us on Thursday October 10th from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on the 2nd floor of Becker Hall for a snack and refreshment reception to thank Sandy for the last five years of her service for the Lord on our campus! Sandy’s last official day will be Friday October 11th.
