Introduction to Adopting OER Webinar

Interested in saving your students money? Want to explore grant opportunities to adopt and create openly licensed textbooks and other materials? This webinar will address the basics of open education resources (OER), why you would want to use them, and how you can get started with grant programs from PALSave.

This webinar is aimed at people who are just getting started with OER, but we will be developing subject-specific networking sessions for those who are ready to do more with OER! If you are interested, just email Emily Helton at emily@palni.edu.

Based on feedback from faculty, PALSave will be offering a series of networking opportunities for faculty who are using, exploring, and/or creating OER. In order to facilitate the sharing of materials and practices, these sessions will be discipline specific. If you are interested, please complete the following Google form.

This will help us schedule sessions to allow faculty to collaborate with peers at other PALNI supported institutions. These sessions will begin in October and are a starting point for future discipline-specific networking and workshop sessions.
