Fall Student Workers — Important Reminder

Fall student employment officially begins August 31, 2026*.

Students should only log hours starting that date if their supervisor has submitted the required Formstack form indicating the position and pay rate. This will help to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

*Supervisors can start students early by request and must indicate the proper start date on the Formstack.
