Scholars Day — Faculty & Staff Needed!
We’re excited to welcome a third round of our Future Scholars to campus for Huntington Scholars Day on Tuesday, March 31, 2026! This event is one of our best opportunities to showcase what makes HU special and help prospective Foresters picture themselves in our community.
A key part of the day is the Future Scholar interview, and that’s where we need you! Just giving a brief window of your time gives these students a personal, welcoming experience while also helping us assess scholarship opportunities. Your presence makes a lasting impact and gives students a glimpse into the heart of Huntington University. A training video will be provided ahead of the event if you haven’t already volunteered with us this year, so you’ll feel confident and prepared to make the day a meaningful success.
Volunteer options include interviewing in RichLyn Library and hosting in either the MCA, Dining Commons, or RichLyn Library. The full window of time for volunteers is from 11:45 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. However, if you are only available for a portion of this time, please click below to review the breakdown of available times during which we could use your support.
👉 Sign up here (Select your shift) to select your volunteer slot and help us welcome the next generation of Foresters!
Sharing your time and influence by participating is what makes the day truly memorable for our Future Scholars.
Thank you,
Susie Carr
