Open Textbooks and Zero-Cost Course Materials

The PALSave Course Material Repository is a resource to help faculty identify open educational resources (OER) and other zero-cost course materials. It includes materials selected for use in the PALSave Course Redesign Grants Program, including some new OER created by faculty at PALNI institutions.

The Indiana Core Transfer Library is a comprehensive, continually updated list of courses that are pre-approved for transfer between all Indiana public college and university campuses and five independent colleges and universities (assuming adequate grades were earned).

If you are considering open textbooks and other zero-cost resources for common courses, PALNI and ALI have created a table of suggested OER for each course. And, as always, you can email palsave@palni.edu for help locating free-to-student resources or ask your Librarians.
