Christmas Child Shoe Boxes Available!
Operation Christmas Child Shoeboxes are available in the HUB for anyone interested in filling a box for a child. Not sure you want to do a box? See the incredible impact this mission has: Chapel November 3 – Thomas Blount from OCC.
All boxes can be returned to the Office of Student Life once filled on November 15, or bring them to the Blanket Party on November 15 from 4:00-7:30 p.m. in the upper HUB. What is the HU blanket party? This annual event is a partnership between the ABLE program and the Friesen Center to create no-sew tie blankets to donate to children in the oncology center of Parkview North Hospital. We enjoy fellowship, Christmas treats, and music while working together to bless others.
Need boxes delivered your HU office? Email FriesenCenterService@huntington.edu and tell us the number of boxes you need! We will even come pick them up once filled!
