Expertise/Advice Needed

My students are working on micro-biz planning to help a missions organization start very small enterprises. We could use some advisors who have practical experience in any of the following areas: hydroponics, dehydrated fruit sales, water-hauling (truck), cinder block making, plastic recycling. We need to run a few ideas by people who have learned by doing. Might you or a connection be the right person for students to run some ideas by? I would love to hear from you!
