Ehler to Serve as Senior Women’s Administrator in Athletics

Beginning June 1, HU softball coach Erin Ehler will be assuming the role of senior women’s administrator (SWA) at HU, a new position mandated by the NAIA. As SWA, Erin will have a variety of new responsibilities related to compliance. She will supervise the eligibility process for both new and returning student-athletes, oversee transfer student-athlete procedures and documentation, and assist in monitoring Title IX compliance within athletics, to name a few. She will also continue in her role at the helm of the Forester softball program.

“I’m excited to have Erin take on these additional duties. Her gifts and abilities lend themselves well to the detail-oriented nature of the position,” said HU Athletic Director Lori Culler. “I’m looking forward to working closely with her to find ways to continue moving the athletic department forward.”
