WOMEN’S TENNIS

The Forester women’s tennis team kicked off the spring portion of their schedule with a 5-2 loss to Grace Wednesday afternoon at Wildwood Racquet Club.

Huntington got off to a great start by winning the doubles point with wins at the #2 and #3 spots. Unfortunately the Lancers took charge in singles play with Courtney Rich the only Forester to log a win at the #4 spot in straight sets 6-4, 6-1.

With this loss, HU drops to 5-8 on the year. Next up is a trip to Olivet Nazarene on April 15.
