Forester Feed Fact 5: Posts generally should not repeat every day.

Officially, a Forester Feed or Coffey Break post can run up to five business days in a row. After that, a post must be spaced out to run at least every other day. However: We recommend limiting your post to only once or twice a week from the very beginning. This is because readers are more likely to ignore posts they have seen too frequently.

To repeat a post, you have three options:

1. Copy and re-submit your post using the online submission form when you want the post to run
2. Add a note to the editor at the bottom of the original submission indicating when you want the post to repeat — be sure to draw attention to your note using all caps, asterisks, etc. (please understand that this is the riskiest way to request a repeat post, as there is always a chance that the note will accidentally run at the bottom of the published post)
3. Send an email to ForesterFeed@huntington.edu with the title of your post and the dates you want the post to repeat

If you need substantial changes to your post before it repeats, please submit a new post using the online submission form.
