Forester Feed Fact 3: Certain posts require special permission to publish.

As official HU publications, both the Forester Feed and Coffey Break are subject to standards and guidelines. These standards and guidelines are the result of best practice recommendations and/or requests from HU leadership. All posts should follow the HU Style Guide.

Additionally, the following posts require special permission to publish:

• Employee announcements: Job transitions, new hires, and any other personnel announcements must come from the Senior Leadership Team member who oversees the position, the Director of Communication, or the Director of Human Resources.
• Coffey Break job posts: To ensure that all student jobs are set up officially, all submissions advertising on- and off-campus jobs will be forwarded to the Office of Career Services or the Office of Business and Finance as necessary for approval before they are published.
• Posts with images: By default, the Forester Feed and Coffey Break do not include images. Photos, documents, and other attachments will only be added to posts under special circumstances.
