Sophomore Tyler Papenbrock had a dominant performance over the weekend to garner Crossroads League Baseball Pitcher of the Week praises as announced by the national office earlier today.

Papenbrock was relentless on the mound in Huntington’s 11-0 win over IUPUC Friday afternoon. The southpaw sat down 11 of the 18 batters he faced which included eight straight strikeouts. In 4.2 innings of work, he gave up just one hit on his way to picking up the win.

The Foresters (3-1) are back in action Friday to face Saint Xavier at 10:00 a.m.
