University Proclamation

On Sept 21, 1897, Bishop Wright prayed a prayer of dedication over this University. 125 years later, we still acknowledge that day — September 21 — as a day of importance for HU. It’s with great pleasure that we announce that at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Sept 21, Mayor Richard Strick with offer a proclamation to Huntington University, and you are invited to join us. The event will take place on the Alumni Plaza right in front of Becker Hall. This will be a short ceremony but one that will hopefully start your day off with a spring in your step as you reflect on what HU means to you.
