Mental Health Resources for Students

Mental Health Resources: If you are working with a student who may need immediate mental health assistance, below are two resources for them:

Suicide and Crisis Lifeline – Call or text 988

The Lifeline responds 24/7 to calls, chats, or texts from anyone who needs support for a suicidal, mental health, and/or substance use crisis and connects those in need with trained crisis counselors.

Be Well Indiana – Call 211

Speak with a trained counselor 24/7 regarding stress, anxiety, loneliness, or mental health strains. Service is free and confidential.

The contract with TimelyCare has ended, so 988 and Be Well Indiana are great options for immediate care.
