Employee Handbook Primer – What We Believe
As employees of Huntington University, it is crucial that each one of us understands the principles for which the University stands. The Employee Handbook is a resource for this information. In the Welcome section of the Employee Handbook, you will find:
- Mission and Focus Statements
- Statement of Faith
- Philosophy of Education
- Declaration of Unity & Diversity
- Community of Life Agreement and Rational
As we begin the new school year it is a valuable exercise for employees to refresh their knowledge of HU principles by reviewing these statements. The Employee Handbook can be found on the HU Portal (my.huntington.edu). Log in with your HU login and access the Personnel tab. Then scroll down to Forms and Documents > Employee Handbook > 2022 Employee Handbook.
