Student Employee Supervisors

If you have not already done so, please complete a Formstack form for any student employee beginning or continuing after 08/25/2022, INCLUDING CURRENT OR PAST student employees. Please include the four-digit dept.

The Formstack form helps us to be compliant with federal regulations, as tax withholdings must be changed for students once classes are in session. Complete instructions can be found on the HU Portal > Personnel > Student Notifications > Supervisor Info-Hiring Student Employee (for Supervisor), located near the bottom right of the screen.
