WOMEN’S TENNIS

The Forester women’s tennis program was among an elite group of teams to be named a 2022 NAIA All-Academic Team as announced by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) yesterday afternoon.

Roger Ferguson’s squad, with a combined GPA of 3.19, was one of 40 teams to earn a spot on ITA’s prestigious list of Scholar Teams.

Athletes with a GPA of at least 3.5 for the academic year were also recognized by the ITA as Scholar-Athletes. Among the 281 NAIA women’s tennis players named to this list included Huntington’s Nina Golfier, Holly Schlatter, and Rebekah Steffen.
