Fiscal Year End Reminders

Purchase orders for fiscal year 2021-2022 must be submitted to Pam Rudy by May 13, 2022, to ensure that they are processed in a timely manner. (See #2 for rule on receipt of goods & services.)
The accounting rule to record expenditures in 2021-2022 is that the goods and services must be received prior to or on May 31, 2022. There is NO exception to this rule.
Goods and services received after May 31, 2022 will be recorded in fiscal year 2022-2023.
