Visiting Executive Seminar
The Huntington University Department of Business and Economics was pleased to host its long-running Visiting Executive Seminar (VES) after a two-year COVID hiatus. Professors Jim O’Donnell and Troy Irick gathered with a panel of business alumni and current junior and senior business students last Friday.
Centering on themes of work, faith, and life after college, alumni panelists who encouraged and engaged our students were Spencer Batt (2009), EVP and CMO of American Specialty; Jordan Dawes (2012), regional VP and team leader at American Specialty; Cassie (Screeton, 2011) Smith, associate director of admissions, Mendoza School of Business, University of Notre Dame; and Jeremy Rufener (2002), owner, Rufener Financial.
