Indiana Change in County

One last reminder to those who have moved this year resulting in an address change to a different Indiana county! Please complete a new 2021 State Tax Form and submit by January 1, 2022, to allow for correct county/local taxes to be withheld. Forms are on the home screen in ADP or can be obtained by emailing payroll at rkersey@huntington.edu.
