Change in Indiana County

If you have moved to a new/different Indiana County during 2021: Please be sure to complete a new 2021 State Tax Withholding form to be effective first pay in January of 2022. The 2021 Indiana Withholding form is available on the ADP Website Home>Forms>Indiana withholding form. Deadline is 12/1/2021. You may complete sooner!!
