When: Wednesday, October 2
Time: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Where: Main Nursing Lab
Lower Level Science Hall
Cost: $20 Adults (Medicare will be billed for seniors 65 and older as long as they produce their Medicare cards.)
$8 for *Eligible Children
Free for Medicaid Children (must present card to waive shot fees.)
*Fully Insured children must verify with insurance company for vaccination coverage. If insurance coverage is provided, contact your healthcare provider to obtain your child’s flu vaccination.
Checks payable to HCHD or Cash.
