Social Work receives an 8-year reaffirmation through the Council on Social Work Education

The Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) conducted a virtual onsite visit for reaffirmation of accreditation of our Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) program in February. Following the visit, recommendation for reaffirmation was presented to the Council on Accreditation (COA) at their June visit for Huntington University’s BSW program to receive an eight (8) year reaffirmation with no recommendations for follow-up actions needed. The COA found the program in compliance with all educational policy and accreditation standards and the program was granted continued accreditation for 8 years.
