Strategic Planning Update

On Tuesday afternoon, May 18, strategic planning consultant Max Stark met with members of the planning committee for the University’s next strategic plan. Stark has worked as a strategic planning consultant for over 35 years and will bring a wealth of experience to this process. Beginning stages for this year-long process were unfolded in this opening session, reaffirming foundational elements of the current plan and identifying some initial strategic questions. Moving forward, additional representation from University employees, students, trustees, alumni, and friends will be engaged with more specific pillar planning processes. The planning committee will reconvene in June for the next stages of the planning process.
