HU Arizona Shoots a Western

One of the three big junior film projects at HU Arizona this spring semester is a Western! Where better to shoot a film of that genre in the state where cities with the oft-used moves names of Tucson, Tombstone, and Yuma are located? But the best story comes from film professor and DMA program director Phil Wilson, who was on set with the HU Arizona student crew at the Pioneer Living Museum where the shoot took place this weekend.

“The location’s owner came out to tell us we were the best film crew they had ever hosted followed by, ‘You have no idea what we’ve dealt with.’  Then I told her we were from Huntington University.  She said, ‘Is that a Christian university?’ to which I said yes. Her reply was, ‘Yep, that’s the difference. God is good.”

Very 1 Peter 3:15!
