Mix Up Your Walk
Exercise can become boring, leading to a lack of motivation. Here are some ways to mix up your walk to regain motivation!
Start listening to a podcast while you walk. Lots of people listen to music while they walk, which becomes repetitive. Switch it up by listening to a podcast and learning something new while you exercise!
Another way to mix up your walk is to document your walk by getting into photography. All you need is your phone and imagination! You can photograph anything that you want, or you can pick a theme.
