HU Shoutouts
In the midst of the news, updates, agendas, and meetings, sometimes you just need to see something that makes you smile. With that very real human need in mind, we are resurrecting HU Shoutouts. Originally a Twitter account whose sole purpose was “complimenting, engaging, and motivating the beautiful people of Huntington University,” we decided to shake the dust off this initiative, give it a coat of paint, and bring it back as a way of encouraging the Forester Family. Yes, it looks different, but its purpose remains the same: complimenting, engaging, and motivating the people of Huntington University.
No longer housed on Twitter, the HU Shoutout initiative will be a part of Forester Feed and will be available University wide. That means that any HU employee (part time, full time, coach, OT, AZ, etc) can give a “shoutout” to another HU employee whenever it makes sense. All we ask is that the shoutout is positive in nature (obviously) and relevant to the HU community in some way.
If you want to give a shoutout to a fellow HU employee, simply visit the Forester Feed and let them know you appreciate them.
HU Shoutout posts will be posted in the Forester Feed in single post installments and will be posted at the discretion of the Forester Feed editors. No HU Shoutout post is guaranteed to run.
