Campus Prayer “Walk”

On Tuesday, August 18 from 8:00-8:30 a.m., the Huntington campus personnel will step outside their buildings to pray collectively for the University. Please join your colleagues at the location closest to your office. We will not be walking to other locations. A Senior Leader will lead the prayer time for up to 30 minutes at each location. Specific prayer requests by location are listed on the attached prayer card.

Exercise social distancing and wear your mask if not socially distanced. While we are asking that you do not walk as a group to each station, you are encouraged to individually walk or drive the route this week and pray as led by the prayer card and the Lord.

Although we will not walk or drive to Fort Wayne or Peoria, we encourage our team members in those locations to join us in prayer at the appropriate time and place for your location.

HU’s verse of the year is Proverbs 4:13 – “Take hold of my instructions; don’t let them go. Guard them, for they are the key to life.” Pray that we honor God by following His instructions as we navigate this new academic year. Thank you for joining together in prayer.
