Wellness and MyChart

During the month of February, nearly 100 people participated in the two Wellness Blood Draw events held at our Fort Wayne and Huntington locations.  If you participated, your results were posted to your MyChart account.  If you do not have a MyChart account, log in to MyChart.parkview.com to sign up.

If you would like to share the results from your MyChart account with other people, doctors, networks, etc., follow these instructions, which are also listed on the HU Portal under the 2020 Open Enrollment HU Health Care Plan under the Benefits tab.  These instructions walk you through the 3 steps to send your results to doctors or hospitals outside the Parkview system.
