Winter Weather Safety

As we encounter a stark reminder that we are still in the midst of winter weather months, please be mindful of safety precautions around campus. Our maintenance staff works diligently to treat sidewalks and other areas as quickly as possible, but sometimes the timing of inclement weather can prevent them from addressing all areas immediately. Green buckets located inside of doorways contain ice melt that can be applied if necessary. Shovels are also located inside of doorways around campus. These resources may be used by anyone and are meant to create safer space if maintenance is still in process for treating areas around campus.
