Important Year-End Reminders

Here are some important reminders regarding payroll processing and timing as we quickly approach the Christmas holiday break.
1. Pay date for the December 25 pay will be moved ahead to December 20 due to the holiday break. This means ALL time cards must be completed and approved by the end of the day on Monday, December 16. NO EXCEPTIONS! In order to timely remit payroll to ADP, time cards needs to be completed no later than December 16.
2. The time cards for pay date of January 10, pay period of December 16-December 31, must also be approved by the end of the day on January 2. Place a reminder on your calendar. Timeliness is very important. If you are not going to be available to approve time cards, please advise your backup to make sure approval is accomplished timely.
For employees with work schedules that vary from the normal five-day schedule per workweek, holiday pay will be paid according to the number of hours the employee normally works on the day in which the holiday falls.
3. Please view your pay statements to make sure your mailing address, tax withholdings and Indiana county of residence are correct. If not, contact Rebecca Kersey, payroll specialist, to make any necessary changes.
4. ADP Tips: If you would like to receive an email notification from ADP that your pay statement is ready to view, log into your ADP account at workforcenow.adp.com. Click on Myself > Pay Statements > then underneath your name in the top left corner in blue click on Select Notification Options. Select the box for your email notification reminder that your pay statement is ready to view. The same notification is available for your Annual Statements. Click on Myself > Annual Statements > then underneath your name in the top left corner in blue click on Select Notification Options. Annual statements are W-2’s and ACA reporting forms 1095-C.
