MEN’S TENNIS

The HU men’s tennis team made quick work of Bethel 7-0 Tuesday afternoon at Knollwood Country Club to improve to 4-6 overall, 4-4 in league play. It’s Huntington’s third league sweep of the year.

After conceding just six games in doubles, the Foresters gave up 17 games in singles action for one of their most dominant performances of the fall.

There’s a lot on the line for Eckert’s crew on Thursday when they head to Taylor for their last CL regular season match. The two teams are currently tied for the No. 5 spot in the standings.
