Stewardship

When leaving offices, classrooms, and buildings, please be mindful of our calling to be good stewards of God’s resources on our campus. Simple efforts such as ensuring lights are turned off, technology is turned off (including computer monitors, projectors, and televisions), and any other items that might utilize electricity are turned off are simple yet important steps. Additionally, drawing blinds or drapes closed at the end of the day will help with temperature control without utilizing as much effort from our building HVAC units. Making this part of your daily routine, multiplied over many buildings and many days, will save considerable dollars and resources for the University to allocate toward more mission-focused endeavors.
