Director of Graduate and Professional Programs

We are pleased to welcome Wendy Speakman to the Forester Family as director of graduate and professional programs. Wendy has a strong background in creating and implementing vision and goals, leader development, and professional and academic environments, and we look forward to seeing how she will lead all of our graduate and professional programs.  

Wendy comes to HU from Ambassador Enterprises in Fort Wayne, where her responsibilities included coordinating the MBA program for Ambassador Enterprises’ employees through Huntington University. She has also served as the MBA program director at Taylor University and has experience in management and implementation from work at Brotherhood Mutual Insurance and Physicians Health Plan of Northern Indiana.

Julie Goetz, the current director of graduate and professional programs, will assume a new role as instructional designer. In this role, she will be responsible for working with subject matter experts to explore new tools and techniques for online learning in our graduate and professional programs. With her experience and insight, we will continue to improve content delivery and learning experiences for our students.
