Dr. Janelle Maxwell to Join PA Program

We are pleased to announce the hiring of Dr. Janelle Maxwell, DO, as the inaugural Medical Director of our developing master’s program in Physician Assistant Studies. Dr. Maxwell will join us on a part-time (.25) basis beginning June 1.

Some of you may be acquainted with Dr. Maxwell as she and her husband, Dr. Matt Pflieger, own and practice at nearby Cardinal Family Medicine. Dr. Maxwell is a graduate of Midwestern University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Besides practicing family medicine, she served as a clinical instructor with the University of Colorado School of Medicine while she resided in Denver. The hiring of a Medical Director is another important step in developing our PA program with a launch in Fall 2020 pending successful accreditation.
