Forum on Global Food Security Coming to HU

On Wednesday, April 17, HU will host the Farm Journal Foundation’s panel discussion on global food security with Senator Todd Young, Kip Tom of Tom Farms, Kassi Tom Rowland of Tom Farms and the Farm Journal Foundation, and Dr. Emberton. Topics of conversation will include the Global Security Act, its impact on agricultural relationships with other nations, and the Christian moral imperative of reducing world hunger and poverty.  

HU faculty and staff, students, and community members are welcome to attend this forum, which will take place in the upper level of the Habecker Dining Commons from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and includes a buffet lunch. Please RSVP to attend the event by Friday, April 12.
