HU Health Plan Participants ID Cards

New health care/pharmacy ID cards will be mailed this week directly to your home address. These new ID cards are effective 1/1/2019. You must show your new card ID to all health care providers and pharmacists at your next appointment or prescription fill. The new ID cards will necessary so your claim or prescription will not be denied.
