Undergrad Admissions is Planting Seeds
As travel season winds down, we wanted to share some highlights with the campus community! All our admissions counselors deserve a big pat on the back for how hard they’ve worked recruiting new Foresters over the past few months.
70 college fairs attended from New Jersey to Kentucky to Wisconsin (and many in between!) with almost 1000 new inquiries collected and well over 1500 estimated contacts with high school students. And we still have a few more college fairs to go! Plus 80 different high schools visited to meet with over 300 prospective students.
Additionally, we have hosted just over 300 prospective high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors on campus since the beginning of the school year. That number will be increasing significantly this week as we prepare to host students for the following visits:
• School of the Arts Visit, November 15 (50 students signed up)
• Be a Nurse Weekend, November 16-17 (27 students signed up)
• Forester Fest, November 16-17 (20 students signed up)
• Agriculture Visit, November 27
• Explorester Day, November 29
Thank you for your continued support of the admissions team as we work hard to recruit Future Foresters!
