
MEN’S TENNIS
The 4th-seeded Huntington men’s tennis team advanced to the Crossroads League semifinals with a 5-2 win over 5th-seeded Spring Arbor Wednesday afternoon at Klopfenstein Courts.
Opening day of the tourney saw the Foresters earn their five points, after which they stopped play at No. 5 and No. 6 singles to wrap up their second W over the Cougars. HU’s first win, a 7-2 decision, dates back to August 30.
The Foresters move to 8-4 on the year. Next up for Coach Eckert and crew is a trip to Indiana Wesleyan tomorrow to take on the top-seeded Wildcats at 4:00 p.m.
