MEN’S TENNIS

The HU men’s tennis team picked up their fourth conference sweep of the year Wednesday afternoon at Klopfenstein Courts with a 9-0 W over Bethel College. The win also snaps a three-game losing skid as Huntington improves to 6-4 overall, 5-3 in league play.

Coach Eckert’s crew hasn’t lost to the Pilots since 2008 for an 11-game stretch of wins over BC.

With just one league match remaining, a home contest tomorrow against Taylor, the Foresters, win or lose, are locked in at the No. 4 spot in the final regular season league standings.

Thursday’s match against the Trojans will begin at 4:00 p.m.
