When: Wednesday, October 3
Time: 11:30 a.m. –1:30 p.m.
Where: 074 – Main Nursing Lab – Lower Level Dowden Science Hall
~NO CHARGE FOR FLU SHOT WHEN YOU PRESENT YOUR HU INSURANCE CARD~
Cost: $8 for uninsured or out of state insurance
Checks payable to HCHD or Cash.
Please bring your INSTATE insurance card for insurance or Medicare for billing. if using medicare please let us know ahead of appt. time.
