New Student Move-in Day: HOLD THE DATE!!!

Thursday, August 23, 2018 from 10:00 am – 3:00 pm is the check-in and move-in date for all of our new students.

Join us in welcoming our new students and their loved ones to their new campus by helping them move their belongings into our residence halls! This is a great way to be welcomed!

Students and parents have reminded us for years how much they dreaded pulling up to the new residence hall, fearing all the struggles of moving their belongings from their car, van, truck, flatbed or U-hauls, into their room by themselves. Many of these folks are exhausted from months of anticipation, weeks of summer work, days of packing, loading up the car, driving for hours, with mixed emotions and uneasiness. But when turning the corner and seeing all of the smiling faces of our student-leaders, student-athletes, faculty, staff, administration and other volunteers, they realize we are all there to help them move in. Their fears turn into a sense of delight and belonging.
