RESERVING A VEHICLE

Many of you already have rented a vehicle(s) for sporting events, field trips, conferences, etc. but for those who have not, or if you would like an update, here is a synopsis. The University owns two mini-buses, one mini-van and now a 35 passenger bus for your convenience. If those are not available, we are able to obtain rentals from local businesses. Current pricing is as follows:

Mini buses – $90.00 per day; 15 Passenger vans – $90.00 per day; Mini-van – $35.00 per day; and 35 Passenger Bus – $1.50 per mile + driver fees.

All other rentals will be charged per the rates established by the local companies.

To schedule a vehicle, please contact Susan Stong in the Maintenance Department at sstong@huntington.edu or extension x4053 with the date, time of departure/return, cost center, destination and number of passengers. If you have not driven for the University previously, contact Susan for further instruction.
