ResNet Maintenance Notification – Thursday, December 19th

Apogee has scheduled a maintenance to upgrade network software on Thursday, December 19th from 4:00am to 6:00am CST. During this maintenance, users will not be able to get a new IP address for up to 10 minutes, but if a user has a valid IP address that user will not be impacted. Student notifications will be sent in advance of the maintenance unless requested otherwise. Please let me know if you have any concerns.

Maintenance Date: Thursday 12/19/2013
Maintenance Start: 4:00 AM CST
Maintenance End: 6:00 AM CST
Expected Impact: For 10 minutes, users will not be able to get a new IP address. If a user has a valid IP address that user will not be impacted.
