As part of the Keep Huntington Beautiful initiative, you are empowered, might we even say deputized, to be part of the solution!

If you see something that doesn’t look cool or function properly, you can report it via the super handy work order request link here: https://auth.operationshero.com/login. Use the trusty Sign in with Microsoft button and be sure to log in with your HU account. From there, you can click the “New Request” button at the top of the page and submit like the wind.

If you’re more old school, and want to walk extra miles through the snow to get to your destination, then please ignore the super handy link and go to the portal to select Maintenance Requests on the Quick Links sidebar. Both approaches will work, and we promise Marcie Nofziger won’t judge you on your chosen submission pathway.
