Shaping the Future of Rural Healthcare: HU Arizona OTD Student Research Project Presented at State-level Interprofessional Rural Health Conference
Huntington University Arizona OTD faculty and a community practitioner partner proudly represented a current HU Arizona OTD Student research project at the 2025 Arizona Rural Health Conference! HU Arizona OTD students Cathrina Dador, Alejandra Cervantes, and Martina Bueno chose to focus on the critical topic of occupational therapy workforce recruitment with their project titled, “Factors Influencing Career Decisions Among Occupational Therapy Students.” This team is contributing meaningful insights into the future of rural healthcare. Way to go for shining a light on the importance of access, advocacy, and OT leadership!
